What's included in every plan?

The full money path is never gated. Job cards, invoices, payments, the credit book, parts stock and printing are on every plan, including Kickstart. Plans add depth, not the core loop.

How does annual billing work?

Pay for ten months and get twelve: a 16.7% saving. Annual prepayment also skips monthly collection, so most shops choose it.

Can I add branches, users or print agents?

Yes. Each is an add-on: LKR 2,490/mo per branch, LKR 390/mo per user seat and LKR 490/mo per print agent. Stack as many as you need.

What happens if I run out of messages?

We block new sends and show a one-tap message pack (1,000 for LKR 990). Job-status texts like 'your bike is ready' keep going through a small buffer, so a customer is never left waiting.

What if I downgrade or stop paying?

We never delete your data. A past-due account goes read-only, not offline, and older history simply relocks; upgrading reveals it again instantly.

Do you offer accounting and payroll?

Both are included on Fleet, and available as add-ons on Kickstart and Full Throttle (LKR 4,490/mo and LKR 4,490/mo), so you never jump a whole tier just for a ledger.
